Development Spec

Works with Team Leaders and Dept Manager to create coaching plans and develop analysts through one-on-one mentoring.
Functional training when instructors are not available
Assists fellow employees in resolving questions/problems that arise on a daily basis.
Works closely with management in facilitating new and recurrent training initiatives.
Maintain/update processing and procedures manual
Develops wave length sessions to review processes for analyst development.
Back up for timekeeping & dashboard management
Perform quality review (functional area) on employee(s)
Complete Credit Services dept reporting as assigned
Assists Team Leaders with daily responsibilities when Team Leader is absent.
Support all company, department and team goals.
Other duties as assigned by Dept. Manager.

General knowledge of Customer Service, Collections, Recovery, or New Accounts preferred. Knowledge of E-Oscar system, and metro 2 reporting , as well as understanding of the credit bureau dispute processes.
