Credit Officer

Credit Officer will work cohesively with the Relationship Managers in providing underwritingsupport on the new prospect as well as the renewal for existing clients as assigned to them. They will also work with the Relationship Manager in preparation of the renewal Credit Approval Report to evaluate the financial needs of prospective and existing customers, prepares Credit memos and obtains Bank approval to provide the recommended products and services. Performs due diligence and Credit Agreement compliance follow-up duties, prepares credit and depository service proposals and commitment letters upon request, and responsible for managing, monitoring and maintaining an assigned portfolio of business purpose loans for related credit/documentation risk following credit approval to include monitoring asset quality, renewing loans, and modifying credit requests. Provides exemplary service to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to define problems,collectdata, establish facts, draw conclusions, propose results, present and implement recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), with 4+ years’ of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess strong middle market Credit underwriting experience, communication, and customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
