We are looking for a highly motivated, absolute team player to to join our successful, fast paced and growing organization as Controller. This individual will be responsible for all management aspects of the accounting department. The Controller will also be responsible for development and implementation of policies, systems and procedures that will continually improve the functions within the Controller's area of responsibility and the accounting department. In addition, the Controller will identify strategies that are in sync with the companies long-term goals.

The following is a list of major responsibilities as of this date:

1. Prepare and monitor timely financial statements

2. Manage all aspects of the general ledger

3. Prepare and manage budget process

4. Prepare and analyze financial operating reports

5. Oversee payroll, month end calcs and commissions

6. Manage and develop direct report personnel
