Provide support to Capital's investment offices (globally) in the form of analyzing data, conducting job analyses, making compensation recommendations and helping to administer all compensation programs (salary, bonuses, etc.)

Work with HR business partners to provide compensation recommendations and guidance to business groups

Review, compile and analyze market data and make recommendations regarding salary ranges

Partner with compensation/HR contacts in non-U.S. officesQualifications
Must have strong numbers orientation including knowledge of basic statistical and mathematical calculations, strong attention to detail, good working knowledge of Excel. Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience in HR, preferably in compensation. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft and MS Access a plus.We offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment and a premier benefits package that includes:
