Along the way we have built a reputation as “America’s Premier Master Agent” by working with major wireless carriers to create successful independent retailers. Essentially, we help mom-and-pop retailers sell wireless products and services by processing activations, providing phones and accessories, training owners and their staff, and more. We are a small, successful family-owned company that is growing rapidly. Finance/Accounting Department Responsibilities Process dealer invoices into proprietary commissioning system Audit customer agreements for proper preparation Keep current on policies and procedures and develop and communicate training tools as needed Track and deliver continuous improvement feedback within department and to other departments within company Execute calculations of dealer payments Assist in dealer compensation packet preparation, including filing of historic copies Provide support to Department with projects High volume data entry Other requirements, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS


Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside company Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute in a team environment Previous Accounting or Bookkeeping experience desirable Ability to learn systems and processes Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office Associate degree or higher desirable Analytical skills Ten-key by touch Compensation analysis experience desirable Knowledge of online computer applications
