We are expanding rapidly and are looking for Collections Representatives to join our winning system.

The Collections Representative will be responsible for working and preparing accounts daily for collection to meet and exceed company goals and objectives. It requires the ability to work independently, overcoming objections, and having a strong drive to succeed. You must be able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment. If you are goal oriented and results driven this job is for you.
REQUIREMENTS
Collections experience a plus but not a requirementExperience in an outbound/ inbound call center environment a plusMUST be available to work 3PM to 9PM Monday through Thursdays and Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:30pm.Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and creativity while meeting production goals and deadlines.Must be local to the Concord areaIf you are not self-disciplined, energetic and passionate please do not reply to this opportunity.We are seeking someone who delivers what they promise.MUST LOVE TO TALK ON THE PHONEMUST LOVE MONEYMUST LOVE WORKING AS A TEAM PLAYER

Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collections Practices ActKnowledge of basic PC operations and use of internet for skip tracing.Comprehensive knowledge of a call center environment and company policies and proceduresAbility to provide professional service at all timesAbility to accept incoming calls while making outbound callsAbility to keep all information confidential
