The Boca Raton office is seeking a customer service professional with a minimum of 3 years experience in the insurance industry as a Client Representative or Account Coordinator. In the position of Client Representative, the successful candidate will assist in the sales process through all phases of sales, service and maintenance of client relationships. The selected candidate will work in a team environment and support and assist Sales and Consultant staff in all aspects of new business development and client maintenance and renewal. Will work to ensure client satisfaction in account transfer situations.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of directly related customer service/administrative support experience in an insurance brokerage/agency/carrier environment preferred but not required. CSR candidates should ideally be experienced in either, or both, of the following: (1) Citizens Wind facility; new and renewal business processing, ie, applications, rating, underwriting rules, (2) Flood Insurance program underwriting rules etc. Understanding of and commitment to maintaining current knowledge of industry trends, concepts, products, practices and financial arrangements. Proven time management skills are necessary. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver timely and accurate work products with customer service focus, and respond with a sense of urgency as required. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships and resolve complex problems essential. Ethical business practices are essential. Proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes. Arthur J.
