Claims Representative

HR/Risk MGMT CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE Solid, stable organization in the waste management industry has an xlnt oppy for a Claims Representative. RESP: Under the direction of the Safety Mgr, obtains all req'd info to process Workers Comp & Prop Damage claims. Maintains empl safety & 3rd party liability files. Coord with Safety Mgr & TPA to ensure accurate & timely submission of claims. Interfaces with empl & 3rd party claimants to resolve claims in timely cost effective manner. Monitors the "light duty " program. Provides daily, wkly & monthly reports as req'd. MIN REQS: 1 yr WC admin exp.. Self starter, work with min supervision & be multi-task oriented. Must have good written/verbal commun skls with ability to interface well with others; bilingual (Engl/Span) pref'd; software skills to include EXCEL & WORD.
