REQUIREMENTSMust have 2+ years of California Worker's Compensation claims assistant experience.Provide clerical support to Workers' Compensation Claims Examiners and Medical Only Specialists * Coordinate claims activityProcess disability payments, TTD, PD, TPD, and VRMA.Set up medical appointments and follow through with providing all necessary information to all partiesInput data into claim system per Policies & Procedures to ensure data integrityComplete DWC formsProcess mileage paymentsSecure and calculate wage statementsProcess vendor paymentsProcess lien objections and other letters as requested.
