(NYSE: RHI) has been named once again to the list of the 100 best companies to work for in the San Francisco Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times, East Bay Business Times and Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal.Working at RHI's corporate offices in Pleasanton, Ca. the Business Systems Analyst will provide support for our PeopleSoft applications, perform complex system configuration and maintenance, and implement solutions for system bugs, upgrades, and enhancements. The support provided includes investigating and resolving more complex user questions, gathering requirements for and designing basic-to-medium new or revised software, and maintaining and configuring various PeopleSoft tables. This individual will develop and conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance testing of complex system bugs, and works with other support groups to provide integrated system support.
In addition, the BSA prepares, coordinates, and assists with special projects including customer training and complex system documentation for installation of system bugs, upgrades, and enhancements. It is this individual’s responsibility to provide guidance to junior-level Business Analysts in all day-to-day application and production issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent number of years’ work experience. 4+ years’ experience with Business Applications, including experience in two or more of the following PeopleSoft applications: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Projects, Contracts, Expenses, or Resource Management. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial applications, strong SQL knowledge, and Crystal Reports development experience required. Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise, to communicate technical information to non-technical users, and to create process flow diagrams a must. Must be able to prioritize, problem solve, and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will also have the ability to create detailed and thorough test plans for medium-sized initiatives quickly.
