We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the exciting new positions of Branch Sales Manager within our HSBC Credit Centers in Forth Worth, Texas. As this is a new position and initiative at HSBC, qualified candidates must demonstrate a successful record regarding business start ups and have exceptional sales ability and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader and team builder, must have an entrepreneurial zeal and a demonstrated track record in the consumer finance industry. Qualified candidates will be fluent in Spanish and have a strong understanding of the Hispanic community and culture.
These new opportunities are ideal for self-starters, who are eager to build and develop a business and lead their own team. As leaders of our branch sales teams in the Emerging Markets group, the Branch Sales Managers are responsible for managing the daily activities and operations of the sales offices. The position monitors and evaluates sales results, productivity levels and profit opportunities of the branch. Ensures the sales staff complies with all established policies and procedures including proper loan documentation and regulation compliance. Other responsibilities include the training and development of the sales staff to ensure effective solicitation. Branch Sales Manager will provide HR issues including selecting marketing, business development, policy/compliance, and recruiting sales staff, new hires and terminations, achieving branch office sales goals and completing report and projects as directed by the District Sales Manager, Division General Manager or Division Headquarters staff.

Two to four years of previous sales experience is preferred

Proficient with PC

Flexible schedule and strong sales experience

Self motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership skills
