Be your own boss...sell Farmers Insurance

You would be fully trained to become a licensed insurance agent with Farmers Insurance.

The position is initially commission based only. Eventually, after a trial period and training there is some subsidy when you meet the minimum requirements.

It costs about a total of $600...to obtain various licenses..to sell life insurance, auto, home...etc.

With each training and license, there is time given to study for the test. You can begin selling once you obtain your Life License and P&C License (property and casualty)
There are 2 classes and 2 exams...you pass them, then you can sell. Most people, take between 1 and 2 months for that initial phase.

You would be able to study, be trained and get licensed, while still working another job, if you have to. Following that phase, you will then need full time to devote to your agency.

We do have affordable office space available here, located near LAX.
Some people work from home for a short period, though we don't recommend it for very long. You need an office for people to come to if they wish.

We have a great staff here that provides the support our agents need to be successful.
You would have free marketing support. You will be provided leads, marketing mailers/postcards, and important information that you need to be successful and supportive insurance salesperson.
