I.POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for assisting senior-level brokerage-services/real estate professionals in developing relationships with and serving the needs of local and/or national prospective customers as well as providing diverse marketing support for a business unit or region
II.ACCOUNTABILITIES
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
-Develop and implement marketing strategies for projects via brochures, presentations and promotional activities-Assist Senior-level brokerage services professionals with canvassing new clients, space showings, qualifying prospects, negotiating/closing small lease deals, etc.-Create, maintain and update proprietary database-Assist in developing new business proposals for third parties, project leasing, build-to-suit, tenant representation, investment sales, etc.-Perform research and analysis on internal matters (i.e. leasing activity, inventory, etc.) to aid management in business planning and strategy development
REQUIREMENTS
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent to an appropriate 4-year college program
Or
-Real Estate Sales Person’s License
-Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical skills and computer literate with specific experience in PowerPoint and Excel
-Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service-Excellent interpersonal skills-Excellent oral and written communication skills
