Job DutiesLead teams of Loan Consultants in Loan Origination, set targets and quotas, and measure sales performance.Promote Loan programs effectively to meet production goals.Recruit, coach, and manage staff.Design sales strategy and develop measurement system for Loan Consultants.Develop sales training activities and measure training effectiveness.Train Loan Consultants with broker-specific sales training to ensure that individual funding targets are achieved.Participate in sales meetings to provide a consistent source for questions and answers.Provide investor updates.Establish training calendars utilizing in-house and investor resources.Manage Loan Center office and all administrative activities of the Loan Center.

Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED, required.College degree or equivalent experience required.1-2 years of experience in Mortgage Brokerage industry preferred.At least 1 year of supervising/managing others.Superior presentation and selling skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Experience with secondary mortgage market.Strong sales and operations analysis or process management experience.
