As an account executive with Chase Home Finance (Wholesale/Prime channel), you will offer table funded and purchased lending capabilities to qualified brokers in the assigned job markets. You will be responsible for soliciting brokers so they may be approved lenders. Once approved, you will solicit these brokers for residential mortgages to be closed and serviced by JPMorgan Chase. In addition, you will cross sell ancillary products, provide product and pricing training to facilitate partnership with brokers and insure that lenders deliver quality loans. You will keep informed of trends and developments in the markets serviced as well as changing rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government insured mortgages by attending sales meetings.

Salary structure for this position is base plus commission. No relocation assistance available for this position
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of three years mortgage experience; origination and wholesale experience strongly preferred Successful track record of outside B2B mortgage sales experience required College degree or equivalent work experience Understanding of conventional and FHA/VA underwriting guidelines Understanding of pricing and loan programs Strong familiarity with local (Phoenix) broker market essential Solid PC skills Be self-sufficient with excellent time management and organization skills
