Farmers has openings for Auto, Liability, Property, Subrogation and Workers' Compensation CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVES in our La Mirada, Moreno Valley, Orange, Rancho Mirage, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and/or Santa Ana offices.

Auto Claims Representatives:
Exercise extensive customer contact.
Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability and damages.
Negotiate with customers to settle claims up to specified monetary limits.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree; OR Automotive related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college; OR Two years working as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Lead estimator in an auto body repair facility is required.
Excellent customer service skills and abilities.
Communication skills, including the ability to deal with conflict.
Judgment and decision making skills.
Ability to analyze and learn quickly.
Multi-tasking.
Computer proficiency.
Fluent with Spanish preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Bondable.
Must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a 3-week off-site training course.
