APD Claims Adjuster - El Centro and the greater San Diego County

We are currently seeking Auto, Liability, Property, Subrogation and Workers' Compensation CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVES based in San Diego, La Mirada, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley and/or Rancho Mirage.


RESPONSIBILITIES - Auto Claims Adjuster:
* Extensive customer contact.
* Investigation and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages.
* Negotiate with customers to settle claims up to specified monetary limits.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS - Auto Claims Adjuster:
* Excellent customer service skills and abilities.
* Communication skills, including the ability to deal with conflict.
* Judgment and Decision making skills.
* Ability to Analyze and Learn quickly.
* Multi-tasking.
* Computer proficiency.
* Fluent in Spanish preferred.
and
* Four-year college degree;
OR automotive-related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college;
OR two years working as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Lead estimator in an auto body repair facility is required.

Physical Requirements:
* Bending, Standing, Climbing, Kneeling,
* Speaking, Writing, Reading (English),
* Pulling, Reaching, Pushing,
* Carrying up to 20 lbs,
* Key entering, Seeing, Sorting
