AP Clerk

Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this role include performing the following duties: Process invoices, expense reports and American Express statements. Process the checks weekly and ACH biweekly and as needed. Resolve internal issue in Accounts Payable area. Handle vendor inquiries on payment status. Resolve vendor issues. Prepare Out of Pocket Reports. Prepare daily exchange rate report. Assist auditors on our yearly audit. Issue the Financial Statement for projects.
