Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds - Qualifications: 3 yrs. Maintenance supervisory experience. Associates Degree in Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience and/or licenses. Responsibilities: Comprehensive planning of preventive maintenance and repair requirements of the district. Inspects all school buildings, grounds and installations on regular basis to insure that high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, safety, and security are maintained. Manage the maintenance budget and follow financial procedures. Ability to work with contractors and related service agencies outside the school. Must have excellent communication skills.
