Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Space Planner for organizing, tracking and reporting on space utilization information. Planner will maintain a set portfolio of space.
Scope of work includes project development and strategy, internal partner collaboration, and monthly data collection and drawing updates. REQUIREMENTSCandidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.Position will require limited travel.A minimum of three to five years of design, space planning or facility planning experience is required.College degree is strongly recommended.Position requires good strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe and PowerPoint. AutoCad experience is required.CAFM and systems’ furniture experience a plus.
