Service Technician

Perform repairs on customer and store stock units.
Assist and/or respond to customer inquiries as required.
Perform PSP repairs; Cash Repairs; and some qualified factory warranty repairs.
Routine cleanings, repairs, upgrades, installs, etc., as required.
Contacts customers regarding status of repair; solicits additional information if needed, and provides work estimates.

High School Diploma
2 year Associates Degree

2 years of prior work experience in diagnosing and repairing PCs or consumer electronics

A+ certification (PC path); Associate level of Certified Electronics Technician or 2 year degree in Electronics (Consumer Electronics path)
