Security Officer

Must have current TOP SECRET Clearance AND must meet the requirements of DCID 6/4.

L-3 Communications Titan Group, Intelligence Solutions Division has an opening for a Program Security Officer at an off-site location. In this position the individual will be required to manage and coordinate security activities for a fast paced, multi-faceted program office. You must be able to interpret and implement government security policies and provide direction and guidance. Interface with senior managers, customer representatives and other Program Security Officers. Develop and revise security plans, procedures and indoctrinations/debriefings, participate in Technical Exchange Meetings and Program Reviews as requested and pass/receive visit certifications. Required Skills: Applicant must be knowledgeable of SCI Security requirements analogous to the NISPOM, NISPOMSUP Overprint, DCID Manuals (6/3, 6/4, 6/9, 1/19). Skills must be consistent with the ability to manage all aspects of security as it applies to the SCI community. Requires the ability to make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, interact with government agencies on policy issues and provide focused solutions. Applicants must have a professional demeanor, good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written and create and deliver presentations.
