Sanitation Manager
The job -
This position is responsible for both long-term and day-to-day operations of the company's sanitation efforts. The manager assures compliance to the company's sanitation, food safety, pest management, quality, customer and regulatory requirements. The position is responsible for people and team development and ensures continuous improvement while delivering a safe food supply, and clean & sanitary workplace.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in a scientific field and training in Sanitation, Pest Control, Food Safety, HACCP, and Microbiology (or equivalent experience).
Sanitation experience in a USDA facility; experience in developing and implementing food safety, sanitation and pest management programs; training experience; and supervisory experience.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to promote good working relationships.
Ability to take initiative.
