Sanitation Lead

Purpose: Immediate opportunity available in Tracy, CA for a Sanitation Lead. We are a top rate thriving company. Because of our success we have multiple positions available including our Sanitation position. We offer a competitive salary as well as a great benefit package.

Job Duties:
1) Help monitor day to day sanitation operation and performance of sanitors to insure established standards and procedures are followed.

2) Document, maintain, and revise employee performance, ATP, Micro, SSOP's and MSS records.

3) Help train and cross-train sanitors in the use of sanitation equipment and procedures.

4) Help maintain a safe work environment by conducting periodic maintenance inspections.

Job Qualifications:
1) At least 1 and a half years of experience, preferably in the food industry.

2) High school diploma or equivalent.

3) Familiar of GMP's, HACCP, SSOP's, OSHA, and USDA.

4) Good verbal, written, and communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.

Candidates also must be willing to work various shifts. We have days, swing and graveyard shifts available. We do not rotate shifts but our current need is graveyard 8:30pm to 6:00am.
