Dollar Tree Stores, the nation's leading $1.00 price point retailer, operating nearly 3,200 stores in 48 states needs someone to help coordinate maintenance for our stores.Summary of Position:

Responsible for seeing that all maintenance issues for stores in an assigned zone are maintained in a prompt and courteous manner
Administering terms of the lease developing relationships with landlords
Develop relationships with national and regional vendors to ensure the best pricing and service for the stores
Maintain accurate database of call history information for stores within assigned zone

Specialize in an area of service to present and update staff on policy and procedure.Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule maintenance and repair services for stores in assigned zone

Monitor expenditures on repairs and maintenance services for each store within assigned spending limits

Maintain accurate database in HEAT for call histories for each store in assigned zone

Develop and maintain relationships with Landlords and vendors to ensure best pricing, service and responsibility of repair issuesMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Type 50 wpm

Computer literate in Microsoft products

Ability to work approximately two evenings per monthDesired Qualifications:

HVAC or Plumbing experience a plus

College Degree or equivalent experience

Any Real Estate Background a plus
