Residential Manager

The Residential Rehabilitation Center (RRC) is a federal half-way house located in Echo Park. The RRC Residential Manager assures compliance to the following agencies: Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Care Licensing Board, and the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Procedures for oversite include: Drug and alcohol testing, searches, rounds, precesses authorizations (driving, electronic equipment, home confinement, etc) fingerprinting and parole certifications. The Residential Manager assures the facilities and grounds maintain the standards of our licensing and contract agencies. The Residential Manager supervises 6+ paraprofessional counselors. Serves as a member of the RRC management team and RRC performance improvement committee.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in corrections, mental health, social services, counseling, security, or substance abuse treatment.

Management and/or supervisory experience.

Must have excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience supervising and interaction with all levels of management. Knowledge of penal codes helpful.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
