Our Gadsden, AL location is now hiring for an excellent career opportunity as a Production Supervisor.Description of Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise liquid formation process line, quality control activities, and packaging line at Gadsden facility for the liquid Bayer Advanced ready-to-use products.
Maintain inventory control levels and assist in end of run and cycle count inventory reconciliation
Ensure the liquid products (4 to 5) are formulated according to the product specifications while maintaining a safe working environment
Create and maintain formulating ISO and SOP documents to achieve high quality productsMinimum Education Required:
HS diplomaMinimum Experience Required:
6-10 years experience using chemical process equipment, including a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a manufacturing operations environment
Must have basic computer skills in order to perform record keeping duties on SAP system
Must possess organizational and planning skills in order to arrange job assignments and shift schedules
