Administers all physical operations of the center, oversees general and preventative property maintenance, construction coordination, public safety, housekeeping, and other contracted services. The Operations Manager is responsible to budget property expenses, preparing operational reports, and assisting marketing with promotional events.





Operations Manager operates an effective general and preventive maintenance program.

Operations Manager supervises and administers the tenant construction process for new and renewed tenant leases.

Operations Manager directs and administers all center contracted services and vendor suppliers.

Operations Manager supervises and administers all GGP maintenance employees to insure maximum performance and compliance with all GGP policies and procedures.

Operations Manager accurately and thoroughly track and then prepare the expense portion of the annual budget/business plan.

Operations Manager prepares operational reports for regional/corporate managers.

Operations Manager assists the Marketing Manager with all events and promotions as needed.

Operations Manager works effectively with the General Manager or Specialty Leasing Coordinator to implement the Specialty Tenant Retail program so as to maximize income.

Operations Manager administers all State and Federal required reports and safety documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree, or some vocational/technical training. Bachelor's preferrable.

A minimum of three years administrative/technical experience and knowledge of property physical systems.

Two to three years in the property management industry. Experience with shopping mall property management a plus.

Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical. Good analytical skills.

Must have the ability to communicate effectively, supervise, train, and direct three or more employees.

Some knowledge of computers and peripherals.

Two to three years of supervisory experience with two or more employees and demonstrates good leadership qualities.
