Maintenance Supervisor

This position is based at our Ballico, California cooling and packing facility. Responsibilities include maintenance of ammonia refrigeration equipment, farm equipment maintenance, forklift maintenance, forklift operation, loading and unloading of trucks, and inventory management. Qualifications include: forklift certification, basic math, reading and writing skills, the ability to read and understand gauges, and fundamental computer skills. This position requires some travel and the ability to work an extended schedule. A valid CDL and the ability to lift 60 pounds is also required. RETA certification, welding skills, and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish are preferred but not required.
