Maintenance Mechanic II

The Renaissance Agoura Hills is a beautiful 280 room hotel nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains with 13000 sq ft meeting space and a full service restaurant. Duties include performing preventative manintenace in guest sleeping rooms per PM schedule. This includes minor wall paper repair and light plumbing and electrical repair; keep tools and maintenance equipment clean and secure. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Read, write and understand English. Experience of 2 years preferred in commercial or institutional maintenance environment. Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper. Light knowledge of plumbing and electrical. Preventive maintenance background preferred. Must meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction. Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees. No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
