Stanford University seeks a highly efficient self-starter to lead processing,
retrieval and inventory maintenance in our Library's 3 million-item preser-
vation-storage facility in Livermore. As team lead, you will be responsible
for maintaining optimum workflow, motivating/
training employees, acting as back up driver, and ensuring safety, accuracy and
preservation procedures are being followed.

To qualify, you must be a proven leader with 3-4 years of related work
experience leading, directing and training staff in daily operational tasks;
excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills; and the
ability to accurately meet high output expectations. You must also possess a
valid CA driver's license and clean DMV record and have the ability to
regularly lift up to 80 lbs. and safely operate a conventional 2-axle truck
with a 16' box and a forklift. Strong PC experience and knowledge of Bay Area
highways/routes are also necessary.
