Laundry Attendant

•Constantly. Maintain work area neat and organized.
•Constantly. Know and perform all stages of linen processing (i.e., sorting and weighing soiled linen; sort clean linen; run clean laundry through proper machinery).
•Constantly. Load and unload machinery.
•Constantly. Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
•Frequently. Clean the laundry machinery, filters and vents.
•Frequently. Report any mechanical problems to supervisor or manager.
•Occasionally. Attend all mandatory meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
•Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
•Previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experienced preferred.
•No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
