REQUIRED SKILLS: Commercial building work experience, basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, and proper operations of equipment used daily to achieve efficient cleaning. Be able to lift minimum 40 lbs

DESIRED SKILLS: experience in commercial cleaning, good oral and written communications skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, certifications in safety and cleaning chemicals.

EDUCATION REQUIRED: Specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks, and 3 years of experience.

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: Must be able to work both independently and in a diverse cultural environment. Good oral, and written communication skills and be proficient in all aspects of cleaning.
