Housekeeping / Custodial / Environmental Services Manager

Unit Description: Seeking Environmental Services / Custodial Manager for ahospital in northern Los Angeles, CA area. Ideal candidate will have previous health care / hospital, or hotel experience in custodial or housekeeping area, understanding of regulatory guidelines, flexibility in work hours and ability to train / mentor/ motivate hourly staff. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling hourly employees while maintaining customer, client and patient satisfaction and good public relations. Excellent career opportunity for candidate with some previous management experience, attention to detail, and solid client management skills. Evening shift hours.Position Summary:
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.Basic Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or GEDBasic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:
1 year of lead/supervisory/management experienceBasic Functional Experience Required:
