Facility Resource Coordinator

We are looking for a Facility Resource Coordinator to support our customers in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:
•Supports the service management with both technical and administrative tasks related to the overall operation of the critical environment, with direct responsibility for assuring the adherence to all company policies and procedures.
•Responsible for ensuring that operational, maintenance and emergency Methods of Procedures (MOP’s) are developed and strictly adhered to.
•Perform on-site management of sub-contractors and vendors, and schedule all necessary preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
•Serve as a subject matter expert to start up and commission mission critical center equipment/systems such as power generation and distribution systems, uninterruptible power supplies, static transfer switches, PDU’s, BAS & BMS systems.
•They will also be responsible for recommending and writing startup and commissioning policies and procedures, which enhance project completion and documentation of testing.
•Assess problems with complex mission critical center equipment and systems.
•Devise, communicate, oversee and implement methodologies, which resolve the problems.
•Supervise work performed by contractors and subcontractors.
•Conduct project status meetings; prepare project reports.
•Responsible for invoicing as required by the contract. Provide assistance on proposals as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•Qualified candidates must have 5 years of industry experience in either electrical power distribution or mechanical systems or both.
•In addition, they must be organized, possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Ability to meet deadlines and work in a high stress environment.
•Must be available to work emergency service and shift work as required.
•Employee’s driver’s license must be valid in all states that we support and their vehicle capable of transporting required tools and equipment.

This is a non-exempt position.
