REQUIREMENTS
Supervises Facility Department clerical staff including setting priorities and maintaining project timelines. Oversees the maintenance of files and records as directed by supervisor. Performs word processing, spreadsheet operations and database operations using Windows format and MS Office Professional software. Assists Facilities Manager in setting up new program sites. Operates office equipment such as facsimile machine, copier and postage meter. Maintains a lease recap database for all MHS facilities and a deferred maintenance database for all MHS owned facilities. Maintains a fleet database for all MHS owned vehicles.
