We are currently seeking a Facility Coordinator to join our office located in Santa Clara, CA.

FACILITY COORDINATOR - Santa Clara, CA

Responsibilities:
Manage customer's space, deliver customer needs and requirements related to construction, and space planning for all customers in the Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Buildings
Negotiate request and facilitates solutions, i.e., identifying space alternatives, negotiating space, and maintaining standards while meeting customer needs
Serve as the first point of contact for all facilities related requests within the building
Communicate with appropriate persons on any building issues
Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Site Leader to identify value-add opportunities and plans with the service delivery team to drive process improvements
Work with customer leadership to forecast future space needs and growth
Meet customer needs relating to space and identify space alternatives
Input program information to create maintenance plans to address the business
Key interface between property management and their customers for facility needs
Update the CMMS database. Ensure high quality work output; plan, organize, and coordinate work efficiently; meet assigned deadlines
Responsible for creating and updating files reflecting key maintenance requirements and manage spare key database
Coordinate the move in/move out process to ensure all lease specifications are in compliance
Key resource to sub-tenant ensuring blueprints are understood and followed within guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Facilities Operations
Technical expertise in the areas of HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency
Must have a valid Drivers License

Salary: $55,000-60,000 dependent upon experience
