FACILITIES SUPERVISOR, ON CALL SECURITY ASSISTANT

FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

Will be responsible fo all maintenance shifts and personnel in a 24/7 environment. Requirements include a college degree and/or equivalent combination of skills & experience; 5+ years of experience; high degree of technical training & experience in electrical & mechanical systems; knowledge of budgets, material handling systems, automated equipment, builing repairs and utilities, contracting & labor logistics; outstanding leadership, decision making, interpersonal, communication & motivational/coaching skills; through understanding of all types of material handling equipment & OSHA regulations; and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMMS). Experience coaching & facilitation of group training is a plus.

ON CALL SECURITY ASSISTANT

Will help ensure the safety and security of employees and company property. Requires 1+ years related experience; a valid driver's license; strong communication skills; basic computer skills; and ability to successfully complete American Red Cross First Aid & CPR courses.
