Facilities Coordinator-Irvine, CA
Job Responsibilities: Manage vendor contracts for building management services,
including mechanical, electrical and plumbing maintenance,
life safety, janitorial service and supplies, beverages and
snacks, and others. Arranges for service on office equipment,
and payment of vendors/suppliers
Assist in developing and implementing office standards for
this and other offices to follow. Order and stock standardized
list of office and mailroom supplies; assist in requests for
purchasing office supplies.
Assist with the management of receptionist duties-answer and
direct calls and greet and assist customers in a professional
manner.
Assist in mailroom services- sort and distribute all mail and
deliveries, including preparing and sending mail and
deliveries and maintain neat and orderly print, fax and copy
areas.
Assist with overall office health, safety & security of the
facility.Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree is highly preferred, high school diploma is
required5-7 years facilities management experience with an emphasis on
business services or previous office management experienceExcellent communication (verbal and written) and customer
service skillsAbility to be a hands on manager and a team playerExperience working with outside vendors and contract
negotiation
