The Custodial - Maintenance Worker serves as the general maintenance and repairperson, responsible for keeping warehouse clean, sanitary and safe conditions. The essential purpose of the position is to keep warehouse cleaned and in repair on a regular basis.If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and upbeat and thrive in a fast paced environment “Come and join the 99¢ Only Stores Maintenance team!”Position responsibilities include but not limited to:Repair, maintain or replace, heating ventilation, air conditioning.Perform general electrical and plumbing repairs.Maintain trash cans empty, assist with the repair of lighting, painting carpentry, removal of weeds, and maintenance of the landscape and polishing vinyl floors/restrooms.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 Years repair and maintenance experience in a warehouse environment.Good working knowledge of Cleaning products, knowledge of cleaning large warehousesValid and current California Driver’s license required.Ability to speak, read and write English
