Central Plant Mechanic

Purpose: Our client is currently hiring for a Central Plant Mechanic in Rancho Bernardo to pre form install, repair, alter, and maintenance of Heat pumps, Exhaust fans, Centrifugal Pumps, Electric Motors, Cooling towers, Boilers, and Humidifiers. This position will also include responding to emergency calls and take corrective steps to repair equipment. Performing equipment inspection, testing, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Hands on experience with electrical circuitry/wiring applications preferred. Knowledge in the theory and operation of major mechanical equipment and systems, heat transfer, electrical circuitry/wiring. Read blueprints, good verbal & written equipment communications skills a must.
