Building/Facility Manager - Sassi Restaurant

SASSI is Scottsdale's nationally known destination for fine Italian dining, wine and special events such as weddings. We are seeking a Building and Facilities Manager to take care of our very special building, furnishings and outdoor areas. Please see photos and other information at our website www.sassi.biz.

Position has responsibility for building, water features, kitchen equipment, mechanical systems, HVAC etc, including preventive maintenance, minor repairs and supervision of vendors such as landscape maintenance, carpet cleaning and HVAC contractor. Of particular note are our fine interior finishes including wood floors, venetian plaster, brick, stone and numerous hand made tiles.

SASSI has 250+ restaurant seats, event seating for 150 and 6 acres of grounds.
REQUIREMENTS
Comprehensive knowledge of building and mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and pool/fountains. Experience with luxury/ high quality interior finishes and maintenance. A private club, luxury hotel or background in fine home construction might be a good fit.

Typical schedule is daytime starting at 7 or 8 am and frequently including Saturdays but generally not Sundays. We are closed Mondays with the occasional exception of a large event requiring support.

Daily activities often include scheduling vendors for repairs, troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment, securing proposals for services, making small repairs and ordering or picking up supplies or parts.
