Apartment Maintenance-Maintenance Supervisor

Atlantic Realty Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician Supervisor to join our Team.

As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for the maintenance department, including day-to-day operations, make readys, vendor relations, and general upkeep of the property. A Maintenance Supervisor must be able to clearly and effectively communicate as well as interact with residents and staff in a professional and courteous manner at all times. In addition, other required job skills include but are not limited to knowledge of the following:

*Electrical
*Plumbing
*Appliances
*HVAC
*Carpentry
*Pools
*Painting

REQUIREMENTS


EPA certification a plus
*Customer Service oriented
*General knowledge of inventory control and maintaining a budget
*Previous Maintenance Experience required
