So for ethical, talented people like you, there's a career in the making.POSITION SUMMARY:Support and administer Corporate Security and Safety programs, including contract security operations, investigations, emergency response, policy/procedure development and implementation, risk assessments, associate security awareness training and special projects. Oversee Records Management functions including record archives, vital documents, and maintaining Company records in accordance with mandated retention schedules. Perform all duties in accordance with AMC policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee, manage, and coordinate all contract security operations and programs. Coordinate contract security service requests in response to threats.

Partner with property management representatives in leased facilities to ensure proper utilization and execution of contract security programs.

Administer Hotline Investigation database.

Oversee Records Management functions including record archives, vital documents, and maintaining Company records in accordance with mandated retention schedules.

Maintain, update and administer the continuous development of the Corporate Safety & Security Intranet Website.

Respond in a timely manner to emergency events across the AMC geographical areas.

Initiate preliminary investigations, and write incident reports.

Provide associate security awareness training at orientation and workshops.

Partner with Corporate Security team members during Event Security details.

Perform other duties and special project functions as assigned.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & LICENSES:
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

Must possess professionalism and advanced skills in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion

Investigations proficiency and experience in conducting investigations, interviewing and report writing.

Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations.

Excellent time-management, communication, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills required.

Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of Management

A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Certified Protections Professional (CPP) preferred.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

6+ years safety, security, law enforcement or related experience
