REQUIREMENTS
Required Competencies:

1. Principled individual with high standards of values, intelligence and integrity.

2. Minimum 3+ years of management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead through team based management style.

3. Proven track record of success in the areas of sales and operations management.

4. Expertise in sales leadership with a focus on direct activity management versus “hands off” management style.

5. Documented success in consistently exceeding goals and objectives.

6. Demonstrated ability to motivate people! Able to articulate and communicate goals and objectives to the team.

7. P & L responsibility.

8. Ability to work closely with SVP and other VPP’s on a myriad of ideas and topics.


Success Metrics within next 12-18 Months:

1. Understand, embrace and actively support the EquiFirst Statement of Values.

2. Integrate into the EquiFirst culture and provide dynamic collaborative leadership to the entire company (dictatorial management or intimidation management will not be successful).

3. Work as a collaborative teammate with other Business Leadership Team (BLT) members, relying on their expertise to make EquiFirst stronger and not simply pushing own personal agenda.

4. Clearly demonstrated support for originating QUALITY production volume not just volume for volume sake.

5. Exceed Western Branch production goals for 2006 and beyond
a. Increase average volume per AE from $ 1.8 to over $2.5 million
b. Reduce operating cost (cost to produce) from 185 bps to below 165 bps.

6. Bring product expansion ideas and process improvement ideas to company from past experience.

7. Work closely with direct reports to this position (Regional Sales Managers) to provide management and leadership development.
