Jax Federal Credit Union seeks an innovative, strategic Vice President of Organizational Development to join its executive management team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic human capital plan that will engage JAXFCU associates and move the credit union closer to its vision. This position will also develop innovative recruitment and compensation programs to attract and retain the best talent in our markets and develop future leaders for the credit union and the credit union industry.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, the candidate will have a college degree and five years to ten years of similar or related experience as a generalist in human resources administration, compensation, benefits, training, payroll and employee relations.
