Sunrise employs over 35,000 team members dedicated to serving seniors.Position: CLINICAL SERVICEIn this exciting role, you will provides leadership and direction for enterprise-wide strategy and delivery of clinical services, including clinical policy, skilled nursing, pharmacy, and clinical procurement. Drives company-wide clinical strategy. Establishes clinical standards and procedures and ensures clinical team members have appropriate credentials and training to deliver care consistently. Manages relationships with key clinical vendors, including rehabilitation and therapy, pharmacy, medical supply and furnishings. Leads and manages team of corporate directors (and above) involved in company-wide delivery of pharmacy, skilled nursing, policy, nursing operations and clinical purchasing.Primary requirements of this position will include:
BSN required, Master's in Nursing and/or Business preferred

Ten to fifteen years of progressive clinical and corporate experience, including demonstrated success in a nursing leadership role. Significant functional and technical expertise.
