Vice President and General Manager
Midwest Baking Operation

Sanford Rose Associates has been engaged to locate an individual to become the Vice President and General Manager (VP/GM) of a large baking plant located in the upper Midwest. The plant is an important facility supplying contract manufacturing, private label and branded cookie requirements for customers throughout North America.

Reporting to the President, The VP/GM has responsibility for the operation of the plant, which was constructed in 1969 and has been well maintained and recently expanded. The plant employs over 600 individuals and consists of 330,000 square feet. The plant operates 3 shifts, has 8 lines and produces between 95 and 100 million pounds of product annually. Hourly employees are members of the Bakery, Confectionery and Tobacco Workers International Union. Operations include 3 shifts.
