Vice President- Operations (multi family)

Prime Group, a dynamic west coast based private owner and manager of multi-family housing, is seeking a well qualified Vice President of Operations (VPO) to be based in either Los Angeles or Las Vegas.
The VPO will assume a leadership role in the oversight of 8,000+ units and a team of regional managers throughout CA, NM, NV and OR.

Essential duties include: assessment, development and support of regional and field personnel, monitoring and driving finanical results, identifying best business and operational practices and consistently communicating with field, regional, and executive ownership team.
Direct experience in the multi-family housing industry is required + minimum 5,000 unit portfolio
