This position will be based at new facilities in South San Francisco, CA and will be responsible for the fiscal and operational accountability for our San Francisco office. Efficient productivity and profitability are essential expectations of this position. The successful candidate will be responsible to create and measure performance standards and assure profitable service excellence. Further responsibilities include the development of the San Francisco office’s business plan, including marketing strategies, value-added services, service delivery standards, and operational standards. You will also work with sales staff and event managers to acquire new business and assure retention of established accounts. A strong leader is required to ensure all staff have proper training and career development goals, and are assigned responsibilities to support overall goals. As all of Carey's managers, you will be expected to demonstrate a "customer-first" mentality, toward both external and internal customers. A collaborative work ethic is mandatory in order to work cooperatively with other team members to achieve goals.

A successful candidate will have at least a 4-year college degree, and a minimum of 5 years general management experience supervising staff spanning multiple work departments. Management experience within Transportation or Service/Hospitality industries is highly desired.

Skills will include:
·Strong working knowledge of how to devise rates to maintain maximum profitability
·Strong working knowledge of financial systems and P&L accountability
·Demonstrated ability to monitor productivity and profitability
·Strong problem solving ability, with capability to think and respond quickly and effectively to service issues and challenges
·Efficient command of MS Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access - and ability to generate reports, charts, graphs
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, showing tact and diplomacy at all times
